Therapy can sometimes be a daunting process and there can be ambivalence about starting. My aim is to help you feel at ease in exploring what's coming up for you and have greater insights into what you are struggling with.   • This is the first time I have had contact with a psychologist. Natalie made me feel very listened to and safe. I have been given very good tools to help me. I feel I am able to approach difficult situations in a more rational manner.
